Terms and Conditions for Domain Registration

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration, renewal, and management of domain names through our services. By registering a domain with us, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as all applicable ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) policies.

2. Domain Registration 2.1. The registration of a domain name is subject to availability and compliance with ICANN policies. 2.2. All domain registrations are valid for a period of one (1) year unless otherwise specified at the time of registration. Registrants may opt to register or renew domains for multiple years.

3. Renewal 3.1. Domain names may be renewed annually or for a longer period as allowed by ICANN policies. 3.2. It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure that their domain is renewed before the expiration date. Failure to renew may result in the suspension, termination, or release of the domain.

4. Expiration and Grace Period 4.1. Upon the expiration of a domain registration, the domain will enter a grace period of seven (7) days. 4.2. During this grace period, the domain will be placed under suspension and its associated services (e.g., websites and email) may be interrupted. 4.3. If the domain is not renewed before its due date and or within the seven-day grace period, it will be released and removed from our registry and made available to ICANN and other registrars for public registration. 4.4. Once it enter to the grace period after its due date, there is no guarantee that the domain will be taken by someone else or a third party and once released, the domain may be registered by another party, and the original registrant forfeits all rights to the domain. 4.5. Expired domains will also be made available to the ICANN Internet Registry Network for sale.

5. Registrant Responsibilities 5.1. Registrants are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information in their domain registration records. 5.2. Registrants are solely responsible for the timely renewal of their domains to avoid expiration and loss of registration.

6. Termination 6.1. We reserve the right to terminate domain registrations that violate ICANN policies, applicable laws, or these Terms. 6.2. Domains terminated due to policy violations will not be eligible for refund or renewal.

7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the expiration, suspension, termination, or re-registration of domain names. 7.2. It is the sole responsibility of the registrant to ensure compliance with these Terms and ICANN policies.

8. Dispute Resolution 8.1. All domain disputes will be resolved in accordance with ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). 8.2. Registrants agree to comply with the decisions rendered through the UDRP process.
